Daphne AnnBREEZEAlan, Carol, Kathy, Susan, Paula and Darren would like to thank all Doctors, Nurses and staff of Wards 43/44 at the Countess of Chester Hospital. Also Community Nurses and Carers who looked after Daphne during her illness. We would also like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their support and kind messages of sympathy during this sad time and to thank everyone for their kind donations totalling £270 for the Progressive Supranuclear Palsy Association (PSP) charity in memory of Daphne.
